Cancellation Policy
1. Travel Fee A standard $55.00 travel fee applies to all service calls. This fee covers the technician’s travel within a 30-minute drive radius. Additional fees may apply if the travel distance is longer than a 30-minute drive 2. Diagnostic Fee The diagnostic fee applies to a single unit and does not cover the cost of repairs. Repair pricing will be transparent and communicated to the customer on a diagnostic invoice. Global Quality takes full responsibility for any misdiagnosis; if an incorrect diagnosis is made, the diagnostic fee will be fully reimbursed, including the travel fee. 3. Repair Procedures Global Quality is dedicated to completing repairs quickly and efficiently without compromising the functionality or longevity of your unit. Repair availability is based on scheduling, parts availability, customer convenience, and the complexity of the repair. Global Quality also reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including situations where the estimated repair cost exceeds the cost of unit replacement, making it no longer a worthwhile investment. Global Quality's goal is to advise the customer on the best solution oriented toward comfort, efficiency, and resource savings. Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. 4. Repair Warranty Global Quality provides a 30-day labor warranty for any repair performed on a unit, starting from the day the repair is successfully completed. This warranty applies exclusively to the specific work performed and the parts that were replaced. We reserve the right to void the warranty if any subsequent work or service is performed on the unit by another company or by technicians other than those from Global Quality. To submit a warranty claim, please contact us by phone or email, or fill out our online warranty claim form. Please ensure you have a copy of the invoice detailing the work that was performed. 5. Service and Functionality Check A service and functionality check involves a comprehensive assessment of your unit to ensure it is operating safely, efficiently, and within manufacturer specifications. This service is strictly for preventative maintenance and evaluation purposes; it does not cover the cost of repairs, deep cleaning, or replacement parts. If our technician identifies any issues during the functionality check, we will provide a detailed report along with a transparent estimate for any recommended repairs before any additional work is performed.
