Cancellation Policy
1. Diagnostic Fee A standard diagnostic fee applies to all service calls. This fee covers the technician’s travel and the professional expertise required to accurately identify the system issue. Once the diagnostic is complete, you will be provided with a firm price for the necessary repairs. 2. Repair Authorization No repairs will be performed without your explicit verbal or written approval. Our technicians provide "upfront pricing," so you know the total cost of parts and labor before the work begins. 3. Part Availability While we stock our service vehicles with common "universal" parts, some specialized or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts may need to be ordered. If a part must be ordered, we will provide an estimated timeline for delivery and return to complete the repair. 4. Repair Warranty Labor: Global Quality provides a 30-day labor warranty on the specific repair performed. Parts: Replacement parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 90 days to 1 year, depending on the component). Note: This warranty applies only to the specific component repaired or replaced, not the entire HVAC system. 5. Payment Terms Payment is due in full upon completion of the service call.
