To resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please schedule a convenient date and time for a Global Quality team member to perform an in-person warranty assessment. Once the evaluation is complete, our staff will file the warranty claim on your behalf and schedule your repair work.




Cancellation Policy
General Warranty Policy Global Quality Heating and Cooling LLC provides a one (1) year limited warranty on both labor and parts for all new equipment installations, and a 30-day labor warranty for repairs. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning on the date the installation or repair is successfully completed. Coverage Details: Scope of coverage includes the replacement of defective components, contingent upon manufacturer approval. Additionally, this warranty provides full coverage for labor costs incurred by Global Quality in the successful remediation of covered defects during the applicable warranty term. Exclusions (Warranty May Be Voided If): Repairs, modifications, or maintenance are performed by anyone other than a technician authorized by Global Quality Heating and Cooling LLC. The system experiences damage from misuse, neglect, power surges, acts of nature, or anything outside of normal wear and tear. The customer fails to properly maintain the system with annual professional maintenance (proof of service may be required). The system is used in a manner that deviates from manufacturer guidelines (e.g., improper voltage, unauthorized refrigerant handling) or unauthorized aftermarket parts are installed. Disclaimers: This limited warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Global Quality Heating and Cooling LLC shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages (including property damage or loss of use). Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the equipment or service. Manufacturer Warranties & Registration Manufacturer warranties on parts (e.g., Daikin, Goodman, Amana) are separate from our labor warranty and are governed strictly by the manufacturer's specific terms. Registration: We strongly encourage the prompt registration of your equipment upon installation. Registration ensures you receive the full protection offered by the manufacturer; failure to register may result in significantly shorter coverage periods. Claims Process: To submit a warranty claim, please contact us promptly by phone or email, or fill out our online warranty claim form. Please ensure you have a copy of your invoice, proof of purchase, and maintenance records available. We reserve the right to inspect the system before honoring any claim.
